children <DAN1 -:3 > And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of
his eunuchs, that he should bring [certain] of the {children} of
Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes;
children <DAN1 -:4 > {Children} in whom [was] no blemish, but well
favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and
understanding science, and such as [had] ability in them to stand in
the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the
tongue of the Chaldeans.
children <DAN1 -:6 > Now among these were of the {children} of
Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:
children <DAN1 -:10 > And the prince of the eunuchs said unto
Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and
your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the
{children} which [are] of your sort? then shall ye make [me]
endanger my head to the king.
children <DAN1 -:13 > Then let our countenances be looked upon
before thee, and the countenance of the {children} that eat of the
portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with thy
servants.
children <DAN1 -:15 > And at the end of ten days their countenances
appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the {children} which
did eat the portion of the king's meat.
children <DAN1 -:17 > As for these four {children}, God gave them
knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had
understanding in all visions and dreams.
children <DAN2 -:38 > And wheresoever the {children} of men dwell,
the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given
into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou [art]
this head of gold.
children <DAN5 -:13 > Then was Daniel brought in before the king.
[And] the king spake and said unto Daniel, [Art] thou that Daniel,
which [art] of the {children} of the captivity of Judah, whom the
king my father brought out of Jewry?
children <DAN6 -:13 > Then answered they and said before the king,
That Daniel, which [is] of the {children} of the captivity of Judah,
regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed,
but maketh his petition three times a day.
children <DAN6 -:24 > And the king commanded, and they brought those
men which had accused Daniel, and they cast [them] into the den of
lions, them, their {children}, and their wives; and the lions had
the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever
they came at the bottom of the den.
children <DAN11 -:41 > He shall enter also into the glorious land,
and many [countries] shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out
of his hand, [even] Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the {children}
of Ammon.
children <DAN12 -:1 > And at that time shall Michael stand up, the
great prince which standeth for the {children} of thy people: and
there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was
a nation [even] to that same time: and at that time thy people shall
be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
children <REV2 -:14 > But I have a few things against thee, because
thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught
Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the {children} of Israel, to
eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
children <REV2 -:23 > And I will kill her {children} with death; and
all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins
and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your
works.
children <REV7 -:4 > And I heard the number of them which were
sealed: [and there were] sealed an hundred [and] forty [and] four
thousand of all the tribes of the {children} of Israel.
children <REV21 -:12 > And had a wall great and high, [and] had
twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written
thereon, which are [the names] of the twelve tribes of the
{children} of Israel:
