can <DAN2 -:9 > But if ye will not make known unto me the dream,


  • [there is but] one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and
  • corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed:
  • therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye {can} show me
  • the interpretation thereof.
  • can <DAN2 -:10 > The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said,
  • There is not a man upon the earth that {can} show the king's matter:
  • therefore [there is] no king, lord, nor ruler, [that] asked such
  • things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
  • can <DAN2 -:11 > And [it is] a rare thing that the king requireth,
  • and there is none other that {can} show it before the king, except
  • the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.
  • can <DAN3 -:29 > Therefore I make a decree, That every people,
  • nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of
  • Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their
  • houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that
  • {can} deliver after this sort.
  • can <DAN4 -:35 > And all the inhabitants of the earth [are] reputed
  • as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of
  • heaven, and [among] the inhabitants of the earth: and none {can}
  • stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
  • can <DAN10 -:17 > For how {can} the servant of this my lord talk
  • with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no
  • strength in me, neither is there breath left in me.
