5:1 Therefore 3767 -oun being justified 1344 -dikaioo by faith
4102 -pistis , we have 2192 -echo peace 1515 -eirene with God
2316 -theos through 1223 -dia our Lord 2962 -kurios Jesus 2424 -
Iesous Christ 5547 -Christos :
5:2 By whom 3739 -hos also 2532 -kai we have 2192 -echo access
4318 -prosagoge by faith 4102 -pistis into 1519 -eis this 5026 -
taute grace 5485 -charis wherein 3757 -hou we stand 2476 -
histemi , and rejoice 2744 -kauchaomai in hope 1680 -elpis of
the glory 1391 -doxa of God 2316 -theos .
5:3 And not only 3440 -monon [so], but we glory 2744 -
kauchaomai in tribulations 2347 -thlipsis also 2532 -kai :
knowing 1492 -eido that tribulation 2347 -thlipsis worketh 2716 -
katergazomai patience 5281 -hupomone ;
5:4 And patience 5281 -hupomone , experience 1382 -dokime ;
and experience 1382 -dokime , hope 1680 -elpis :
5:5 And hope 1680 -elpis maketh 2617 -kataischuno not ashamed
2617 -kataischuno ; because 3754 -hoti the love 0026 -agape of
God 2316 -theos is shed 1632 -ekcheo abroad 1632 -ekcheo in our

5:7 For scarcely 3433 -molis for a righteous 1342 -dikaios man
will one 5100 -tis die 0599 -apothnesko : yet 1063 -gar
peradventure 5029 -tacha for a good 0018 -agathos man some 5100 -
tis would even dare 5111 -tolmao to die 0599 -apothnesko .
5:8 But God 2316 -theos commendeth 4921 -sunistao his love
0026 -agape toward 1519 -eis us, in that, while we were yet 2089
-eti sinners 0268 -hamartolos , Christ 5547 -Christos died 0599 -
apothnesko for us.
5:9 Much 4183 -polus more 3123 -mallon then 3767 -oun , being
now 3568 -nun justified 1344 -dikaioo by his blood 0129 -haima ,
we shall be saved 4982 -sozo from wrath 3709 -orge through 1223 -
dia him.
5:10 For if 1477 -hedraioma , when we were enemies 2190 -
echthros , we were reconciled 2644 -katallasso to God 2316 -
theos by the death 2288 -thanatos of his Son 5207 -huios , much
4183 -polus more 3123 -mallon , being reconciled 2644 -
katallasso , we shall be saved 4982 -sozo by his life 2222 -zoe .
5:11 And not only 3440 -monon [so], but we also 2532 -kai joy
2744 -kauchaomai in God 2316 -theos through 1223 -dia our Lord
2962 -kurios Jesus 2424 -Iesous Christ 5547 -Christos , by whom
3739 -hos we have now 3568 -nun received 2983 -lambano the

5:12 Wherefore 5124 -touto , as by one 1520 -heis man 0444 -
anthropos sin 0266 -hamartia entered 1525 -eiserchomai into 1519
-eis the world 2889 -kosmos , and death 2288 -thanatos by sin
0266 -hamartia ; and so 3779 -houto death 2288 -thanatos passed
1330 -dierchomai upon all 3956 -pas men 0444 -anthropos , for
that all 3956 -pas have sinned 0264 -hamartano :
5:13 (For until 0891 -achri the law 3551 -nomos sin 0266 -
hamartia was in the world 2889 -kosmos : but sin 0266 -hamartia
is not imputed 1677 -ellogeo when there is no 3361 -me law 3551 -
nomos .
5:14 Nevertheless 0235 -alla death 2288 -thanatos reigned 0936
-basileuo from Adam 0076 -Adam to Moses 3475 -Moseus , even 2532
-kai over 1909 -epi them that had not sinned 0264 -hamartano

5:15 But not as the offence 3900 -paraptoma , so 3779 -houto

For if 1477 -hedraioma through the offence 3900 -paraptoma of
one 1520 -heis many 4183 -polus be dead 0599 -apothnesko , much
4183 -polus more 3123 -mallon the grace 5485 -charis of God 2316
-theos , and the gift 1431 -dorea by grace 5485 -charis , [which
3588 -ho is] by one 1520 -heis man, Jesus 2424 -Iesous Christ
5547 -Christos , hath abounded 4052 -perisseuo unto many 4183 -
polus .
5:16 And not as [it was] by one 1520 -heis that sinned 0264 -
hamartano , [so is] the gift 1434 -dorema : for the judgment

5:18 Therefore 3767 -oun as by the offence 3900 -paraptoma of
one 1520 -heis [judgment came] upon all 3956 -pas men 0444 -
anthropos to condemnation 2631 -katakrima ; even 2532 -kai so
3779 -houto by the righteousness 1345 -dikaioma of one 1520 -
heis [the free gift came] upon all 3956 -pas men 0444 -anthropos
unto justification 1347 -dikaiosis of life 2222 -zoe .
5:19 For as by one 1520 -heis man's 0444 -anthropos
disobedience 3876 -parakoe many 4183 -polus were made 2525 -
kathistemi sinners 0268 -hamartolos , so 3779 -houto by the
obedience 5218 -hupakoe of one 1520 -heis shall many 4183 -polus
be made 2525 -kathistemi righteous 1342 -dikaios .
5:20 Moreover 1161 -de the law 3551 -nomos entered 3922 -
pareiserchomai , that the offence 3900 -paraptoma might abound
4121 -pleonazo . But where 3757 -hou sin 0266 -hamartia abounded
4121 -pleonazo , grace 5485 -charis did much 5248 -
huperperisseuo more abound 5248 -huperperisseuo :
5:21 That as sin 0266 -hamartia hath reigned 0936 -basileuo
unto death 2288 -thanatos , even 2532 -kai so 3779 -houto might
grace 5485 -charis reign 0936 -basileuo through 1223 -dia
