  • high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and [that] he appointeth
  • over it whomsoever he will.
  • heart <DAN5 -:22 > And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not
  • humbled thine {heart}, though thou knewest all this;
  • heart <DAN6 -:14 > Then the king, when he heard [these] words,
  • was sore displeased with himself, and set [his] {heart} on
  • Daniel to deliver him: and he laboured till the going down of
  • the sun to deliver him.
  • heart <DAN7 -:4 > The first [was] like a lion, and had eagle's
  • wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was
  • lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man,
  • and a man's {heart} was given to it.
  • heart <DAN7 -:28 > Hitherto [is] the end of the matter. As for
  • me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance
  • changed in me: but I kept the matter in my {heart}.
  • heart <DAN8 -:25 > And through his policy also he shall cause
  • craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify [himself] in
  • his {heart}, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also
  • stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken
  • without hand.
  • heart <DAN10 -:12 > Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for
