  • of Israel, that made heaven and earth, who hath given to David
  • the king a wise son, {endued} with prudence and understanding,
  • that might build an house for the LORD, and an house for his
  • kingdom.

  • wherefore their anger was greatly kindled against Judah, and

  • of Judah, the son of Joash, the son of Jehoahaz, at Bethshemesh,
  • and brought him to Jerusalem, and brake down the wall of
  • Jerusalem from the gate of {Ephraim} to the corner gate, four
  • hundred cubits.
  • Ephraim 2CH 28 07 And Zichri, a mighty man of {Ephraim}, slew
  • Maaseiah the king's son, and Azrikam the governor of the house,
  • and Elkanah [that was] next to the king.

  • {Ephraim}, Azariah the son of Johanan, Berechiah the son of

  • the country of {Ephraim} and Manasseh even unto Zebulun: but
  • they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them.

  • {Ephraim}, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed
  • themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was
  • written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD

  • Ephraim 2CH 31 01 Now when all this was finished, all Israel
  • that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and brake the
  • images in pieces, and cut down the groves, and threw down the
  • high places and the altars out of all Judah and Benjamin, in
  • {Ephraim} also and Manasseh, until they had utterly destroyed
  • them all. Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to
  • his possession, into their own cities.

  • {Ephraim}, and Simeon, even unto Naphtali, with their mattocks
  • round about.

  • cities from him, Bethel with the towns thereof, and Jeshanah

  • err 2CH 33 09 So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of
  • Jerusalem to {err}, [and] to do worse than the heathen, whom the
  • LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel.
  • escaped 2CH 16 07 And at that time Hanani the seer came to Asa
  • king of Judah, and said unto him, Because thou hast relied on
  • the king of Syria, and not relied on the LORD thy God, therefore
  • is the host of the king of Syria {escaped} out of thine hand.
