the conduit of the upper pool, which [is] in the highway of the

fuller's field.

What confidence [is] this wherein thou trustest?

Rabshakeh 2KI 18 26 Then said Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, and

Shebna, and Joah, unto {Rabshakeh}, Speak, I pray thee, to thy

servants in the Syrian language; for we understand [it]: and

talk not with us in the Jews' language in the ears of the people

that [are] on the wall.

Rabshakeh 2KI 18 27 But {Rabshakeh} said unto them, Hath my

master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words?

[hath he] not [sent me] to the men which sit on the wall, that

they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?

Rabshakeh 2KI 18 28 Then {Rabshakeh} stood and cried with a loud

voice in the Jews' language, and spake, saying, Hear the word of

the great king, the king of Assyria:

[was] over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and Joah the

son of Asaph the recorder, to Hezekiah with [their] clothes rent,

and told him the words of {Rabshakeh}.

words of {Rabshakeh}, whom the king of Assyria his master hath

sent to reproach the living God; and will reprove the words

which the LORD thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up [thy]

prayer for the remnant that are left.

of Assyria warring against Libnah: for he had heard that he was

departed from Lachish.

Benhadad king of Syria hath sent me to thee, saying, Shall I

Thou mayest certainly {recover}: howbeit the LORD hath showed me

that he shall surely die.

out of the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael the cities, which

he had taken out of the hand of Jehoahaz his father by war.

Three times did Joash beat him, and {recovered} the cities of

Israel.

{reign}, and reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem, and did not

[that which was] right in the sight of the LORD his God, like

David his father.

reign 2KI 17 01 In the twelfth year of Ahaz king of Judah began

Hoshea the son of Elah to {reign} in Samaria over Israel nine

years.

reign 2KI 18 01 Now it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea

son of Elah king of Israel, [that] Hezekiah the son of Ahaz king

of Judah began to {reign}.

reign 2KI 18 02 Twenty and five years old was he when he began

to {reign}; and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem.

His mother's name also [was] Abi, the daughter of Zachariah.

{reign}, and reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem. And his

mother's name [was] Hephzibah.

began to {reign}, and he reigned two years in Jerusalem. And his

mother's name [was] Meshullemeth, the daughter of Haruz of

Jotbah.

{reign}, and he reigned thirty and one years in Jerusalem. And

his mother's name [was] Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of

Boscath.

he began to {reign}; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.

And his mother's name [was] Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of

Libnah.

reign 2KI 23 33 And Pharaohnechoh put him in bands at Riblah in

the land of Hamath, that he might not {reign} in Jerusalem; and

put the land to a tribute of an hundred talents of silver, and a

talent of gold.

he began to {reign}; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.

And his mother's name [was] Zebudah, the daughter of Pedaiah of

Rumah.

began to {reign}, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. And

his mother's name [was] Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of

Jerusalem.

reign 2KI 24 12 And Jehoiachin the king of Judah went out to the

king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his

princes, and his officers: and the king of Babylon took him in

the eighth year of his {reign}.

reign 2KI 24 18 Zedekiah [was] twenty and one years old when he

began to {reign}, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And

his mother's name [was] Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of

Libnah.

reign 2KI 25 01 And it came to pass in the ninth year of his

{reign}, in the tenth month, in the tenth [day] of the month,

[that] Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he, and all his host,

against Jerusalem, and pitched against it: and they built forts

against it round about.

year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the

twelfth month, on the seven and twentieth [day] of the month,

[that] Evilmerodach king of Babylon in the year that he began to

{reign} did lift up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah out of

prison;

of Judah Pekah the son of Remaliah began to reign over Israel in

[that which was] right in the sight of the LORD his God, like

David his father.

Boscath.

he began to reign; and he {reigned} three months in Jerusalem.

And his mother's name [was] Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of

Libnah.

he began to reign; and he {reigned} eleven years in Jerusalem.

Rumah.

besieged Ahaz, but could not overcome [him].

out of my sight, as I have removed Israel, and will cast off

this city Jerusalem which I have chosen, and the house of which

I said, My name shall be there.
